(IDRE, F5KLJ, REF 24,86,87). Pas d’envoi individuel, sauf CNFRA. 73 de Raymond F-15873. Examen Radioamateur en Haute Vienne Bonsoir à tous, Faute d'avoir suffisamment de combattants inscrits, l'examen radioamateur initialement prévu les 16 et 17 octobre prochain ne peut avoir lieu. Toutefois, afin d'essayer de satisfaire les 6 premiers inscrits, l'ANFR est d'accord pour décaler la date prévue. Aussi si il y a encore des indécis, n’hésitez pas à vous inscrire. Il faut un délais de prévenance d'un moins au minimum pour bloquer la date avec l'ANFR. Publié le 13/09/2013 à 06h00 Par Corinne Pelletier L'utilité des radioamateurs Deux des membres fondateurs du club : le président Jacques Grand et le responsable technique Jean-Paul Rabouan. (Photo Corine PELLETIER) Il y a environ 3 000 000 de radioamateurs dans le monde, 15 000 en France et 18 sur Oléron. Ces derniers sont regroupés au sein d'une nouvelle association : le club des radioamateurs scientifique de l'île d'Oléron ou CRSIO, dont le relais VHF de l'île d'Oléron (145,7125 MHZ) est hébergé par Chassiron FM. Les radioamateurs sont des particuliers pratiquant, sans intérêt pécuniaire, un loisir permettant d'expérimenter les techniques de transmission et donc d'établir des liaisons radio avec partenaires du monde entier. Beaucoup d'avancées technologiques leur sont dues, dont l'utilisation des fréquences au-dessus de 30 MHz. L'activité radioamateur permet d'acquérir des connaissances techniques dans les domaines de la radio et de l'électronique mais aussi de développer des liens d'amitié entre amateurs de différents pays. La pratique a même été reconnue d'utilité publique, le radio-amateurisme ayant connu son heure de gloire en ce temps où communiquer était difficile et notamment grâce au film « Si tous les gars du monde ». Avec les tempêtes de 99 et Xynthia, Oléron ne peut que trouver avantage à cette passion car un radioamateur peut émettre même sans électricité. Des exercices sont mis en ouvre par les préfectures qui s'assurent ainsi de la capacité des radioamateurs à établir des communications qui peuvent se révéler très utiles en cas de catastrophe. Dans des circonstances moins dramatiques, l'activité peut également bénéficier au territoire. C'est d'ailleurs, outre l'aide formative à la préparation de l'examen radioamateur, un des objectifs de l'association : « promouvoir et former ses adhérents au développement durable et à la protection de l'environnement autour des thèmes de l'électronique, l'informatique, la météorologie ou encore l'astronomie ». Voire tout simplement de faire connaître les beautés locales aux contacts extérieurs. Un rôle d'ambassadeur touristique et culturel. Il lui manque juste un local pour mieux servir cette ambition.
