A multi-national team of nine operators (JH1AJT, N6PSE, DJ9ZB, JA1TRC, JH1NBN, JH1OGX, NQ7R, RA9USU and WD5COV) will be active with four stations with amplifiers, beam antennas for the high bands (10-20m ) and four verticals for the low bands (30-160m). Bonjour Dans le Populaire du Centre de ce jour. 73 de Raymond F-15873. 25/02/15 - 16h48 Des collégiens de Saint-Junien vont dialoguer avec la station spatiale le 13 mars Depuis de longs mois les élèves ont préparé ce rendez-vous avec un enthousiasme jamais émoussé. Vivement le 13 mars. C'est un parcours de longue haleine qu'ont mené les membres du club radioamateur avec les autorités internationales. Il aboutira pour le plus grand profit des élèves le 13 mars prochain. La morale de cette belle histoire tient en quelques mots : il ne faut jamais désespérer. Lorsqu'il y a plus de deux ans Sylvain Vallat, représentant du club radioamateur de Saint-Brice-sur-Vienne, a présenté son projet au collège Paul-Langevin, il a reçu un accueil enthousiaste. Contact le vendredi 13 mars, entre 11 h 20 et 11 h 30 Permettre à des collégiens de dialoguer avec les habitants de la station spatiale internationale est un rêve que peu peuvent réaliser. Certes, le chemin a été long, les difficultés, les retards se sont présentés aux organisateurs de cette grande expérience, unique en Limousin mais jamais personne ne s'est résigné. Et c'est désormais chose faite : le projet ARISS 87 arrive à son terme. Les agences spatiales viennent de confirmer le rendez-vous des collégiens avec l'espace. Les élèves ont découvert la magie de l'espace C'est la spationaute Samantha Cristoforetti qui répondra aux questions des élèves du collège Paul-Langevin de Saint-Junien le vendredi 13 mars, de 11 h 20 à 11 h 30. Ce contact radioamateur viendra récompenser les élèves du collège et les membres du Club Radioamateur de Saint-Brice- sur-Vienne qui ont travaillé d'arrache-pied pour que cette aventure reste dans les annales. Pour mémoire, les enfants - au-delà des travaux et recherches effectuées dans le cadre du projet - ont pu bénéficier d'une rencontre privilégiée avec Léopold Eyharts, dernier spationaute français à avoir voyagé dans l'espace. Ajoutons aussi que Benoît Reeves, astrophysicien de renom assurant la succession de son père Hubert, est venu assurer une conférence sur les découvertes scientifiques liées à l'espace. Les élèves ont aussi pu découvrir mieux l'astronomie grâce à l'organisation de deux semaines de la science autour de ce sujet. Autant dire que les jeunes collégiens sont devenus des experts et peut-être même que des vocations sont nées. Ajoutons encore que deux séances d'entraînements viennent de valider l'ensemble des paramètres techniques permettant la communication avec la Station spatiale internationale. Bonsoir Un article extrait de " La Dépêche du Midi " de ce jour, concernant la journée de découverte de la radio, pour les scolaires de la Haute-Garonne, à Saint-Lys. Elle est organisée par l'IDRE. L'UFT devrait être présente avec un atelier, pour la 1ère fois. Le titre marque 2 jours mais il n'y a que le jeudi 5 mars.(c'est dans le texte). Bonne lecture et 73 de Raymond. F-15873. Les bonnes ondes de l'IDRE les 5 et 6 mars Publié le 24/02/2015 Saint-Lys (31) Les télécommunications dans l'espace : embarquement immédiat ! A travers ses journées de découverte, l'IDRE, Institut pour le Développement des Radiocommunications par l'Enseignement, association loi 1901, soutenue par la mairie de Saint-Lys, vise à permettre au plus grand nombre de jeunes de découvrir une passion, la radio, mais aussi des techniques, des métiers, des inventions qui ont marqué l'histoire des télécommunications. Des intervenants reconnus comme le Musée du Lherm, Météo France, la Mediatic, le CNES, et bien d'autres encore, tous plus passionnés les uns que les autres, se sont donc une nouvelle fois donné rendez-vous à l'espace Gravette de Saint-Lys, le jeudi 5 mars, pour proposer aux écoles de l'académie de Toulouse, cette découverte autour de la radio et des communications. Très attendue cette année : L'Union Nationale des Télégraphistes devrait rejoindre les ateliers habituels pour proposer une découverte du morse. Cette manifestation accueillera principalement des écoliers du CE1 au CM2, des environs avec Saiguède ou Longages, mais aussi venus de beaucoup plus loin avec Garidech, Villemur ou Montauban de Luchon par exemple. A noter, ces journées restent libres d'accès à tous les curieux ou nostalgiques de la radio (Saint-Lys Radio maritime) et du morse. Bonsoir C'est dans Le Républicain Lorrain de ce jour. Bonne soirée/lecture. 73 de Raymond F-15873 Moselle Bouzonville Radio-club amateur de Brettnach : pas si amateurs que ça… Vie associative Radio-club amateur de Brettnach : pas si amateurs que ça… Aujourd'hui à 05:00 par Nicolas THIERCY. Seule une partie de l’équipe de Brettnach est présente sur cette photo. Les autres se reposent. Il faut dire que la compétition s’est déroulée de samedi 7 h au lendemain dimanche 19 h… Photo RL Le village de Brettnach abrite un Radio-club qui ne compte plus ses heures pour joindre par les ondes d’autres passionnés à travers le monde. Ce week-end, le "team" local concourrait pour le championnat de France de phonie. De leurs ondes lancées du pays de Nied, ils prennent contact avec des habitants du monde entier. Sauf que ce week-end, tout l’intérêt de la compétition était de contacter en priorité des radio-amateurs français. En effet, dans le cadre du championnat de France de phonie (ou coupe du réseau des émetteurs français), les contacts établis dans l’Hexagone valaient 6 points, et ceux avec l’étranger un point. « Le pompon, c’est lorsqu’on décroche un contact avec une station des Dom-Tom : ça vaut 15 points. » De samedi 7 h du matin au lendemain dimanche 19 h, ce sont 15 membres de l’équipe du Radio-club F4KIY du Pays de Nied qui se sont relayés au micro et à la prise de notes. « On fonctionne en binôme : il y en a un qui établit les contacts et l’autre qui note les renseignements : la force du signal, l’indicateur de l’interlocuteur et son département. On change de binôme toutes les heures », détaille Florent (F4EJL) Muller. Et voilà comment nos radio-amateurs de Brettnach atterrissent successivement à l’autre bout de la France, puis sur l’île de la Réunion ou encore sur l’île Tintamarre, une île inhabitée située à 3 km à l’Est de l’île de Saint-Martin… Et tout ça en quelques minutes. « Le classement ne sera dévoilé que dans plusieurs mois, le temps pour les instances nationales de collecter toutes les preuves de contacts et surtout de les vérifier », précise Nicolas (F4AFE). L’an dernier, pour la même compétition, le team de Brettnach s’est hissé à la 11e place. Une prouesse que le F4KIY compte bien réitérer cette année. Formation Installée dans les anciens locaux du Football-club, la section radio-amateur a vu le jour au sein du foyer socioculturel de Brettnach il y a deux ans. L’an dernier, la structure a mis en place sa première session de cours en vue de former les radio-amateurs de demain. Car avant de pouvoir prendre contact avec le monde entie r, il faut obtenir une licence et satisfaire à un examen auprès de l’Agence nationale des fréquences (ANFR). L’examen est basé sur la réglementation mais aussi sur les fondamentaux des transmissions et de l’électronique. « De janvier à juin 2014, le club a formé six personnes, dont deux femmes et un jeune de 16 ans », se réjouit Frédéric (F4HJZ) Ulmer. Vers l’infini et au-delà Tous les vendredis soirs à partir de 19 h, les membres du club se réunissent dans leurs locaux facilement identifiables par le nombre d’antennes qui fleurissent sur la toiture et à côté. C’est parti ensuite pour une soirée où tous les radio-amateurs tentent de capter des messages venus de toute la planète. « On chasse les pays qu’on n’a pas encore contactés. On fait une collection de cartes QSL, que s’envoient les radio-amateurs du monde entier pour prouver qu’ils sont bien entrés en contact. Certaines pièces sont rares, au point de devenir des collectors. » Au fil de ces expériences de radio-amateurisme, il peut arriver aussi de faire des rencontres surprenantes. Comme celle, il y a quelques années, d’un ancien télégraphiste de Porcelette qui avait discuté avec le roi Hussein de Jordanie, sans le savoir. Il l’a découvert quand il a reçu sa carte QSL ! Il est même arrivé à un membre d’entrer en contact avec la station spatiale russe Mir, en 1998, à un moment où celle-ci passait au-dessus de la France… Des anecdotes et des souvenirs que ne se lassent pas de raconter ces passionnés. They expected to leave for the island on the 20th, to set up antennas and stations. "Due to new regulation rules which enter in force this week", they say, "flights to Juan Fernandez are now limited to 6 passengers. This change implies more planes than before and a dramatically increased budget which now represent an overall cost of US$ 56.000 (only for flights)! We would have prefered to transport the passengers by sea, but the only maritime company with adequat fleet has a very limited capacity". COCOS ISLAND ---> TI9/3Z9DX has been QRV from Cocos Island since 20 UTC on 16 February and will be QRV until the 23rd. MM0NDX reports that the operators (3Z9DX and RA9USU, SP8SIW and TI2HMJ) are not permitted to move from the location they have been assigned, which is surrounded by hills and almost entirely blocked to Europe. K1N ---> The DXpedition went QRT on 15 February at 11.27 UTC. The last helicopter flight left Navassa at 15 UTC with the three team members who overnighted to keep stations QRV until the last possible moment. The full log has been uploaded to Club Log. It shows 139,702 QSOs (72770/CW, 54821/SSB and 12111/RTTY) with 35,825 unique callsigns. As for the breakdown by continent, 81551 QSOs (58.4%) were made with North America, 44755 (32.0%) with Europe, 8105 with Asia, 3208 with South America, 1204 with Oceania, 876 with Africa and 3 with Antarctica. MEGA DXPEDITIONS HONOR ROLL ---> In the late 90s Jari Jussila, OH2BU started collecting records of DXpeditions that make at least 30,000 QSOs. What it used to be a spreadheet has been put into a database maintained by Bernd, DF3CB and hosted on the German DX Foundation's website: http://gdxf.de/megadxpeditions/. It is not a mere statistic exercise, but an intriguing review of 221 DXpeditions (so far) that have made the history of DXing over the years, from 8Z4A in 1979 to the most recent K1N and EP6T in 2015.
