He will first be QRV from grid square GP47pa (until 4 October); and then from grid square HQ90al. He will try to do some 2m EME, and will also give 160 and 80 metres a try. The amateur radio license with the call sign 3Y0Z "has also been renewed and will be used during the Bouvet DXpedition 2018". Tout d’abord le dpt 79 , extrait de La Nouvelle République : Deux-Sèvres - Bressuire - " La radio est une ouverture sur le monde " et au-delà... 11/09/2016 Les membres de l'ADRB 79 devant la reproduction au 20e du manipulateur morse créé en 1988 pour célébrer les 150 ans de son invention par Samuel Morse. Pour la première fois, l’association départementale Relais balises 79 tient son stand au forum des associations à Bocapole. Ce week-end, s'il y a un stand qui ne passe pas inaperçu au forum des associations à Bocapole c'est celui de l'association départementale Relais balises (ARDB) 79. Non seulement ses membres ont pu installer une antenne sur le toit de la salle mais en plus, un énorme manipulateur morse de 150 kg trône devant. « Il a été créé en 1988 au centre de formation du Moulin des Isles à Saint-Georges-de-Noisné en Gâtine pour célébrer les 150 ans de l'invention du langage morse », indique Lionel De Kieber, président de l'association Radio amateur Deux-Sèvres (ARADS). Des liaisons extraterrestres Que de chemin parcouru depuis la création du morse. Aujourd'hui, le département des Deux-Sèvres compte 120 indicatifs radio. « C'est-à-dire des personnes détentrices d'une licence de radio amateur moyennant une taxe annuelle de 50 € versée à l'autorité de régulation des télécommunications », explique Lionel De Kieber. Gérard Maurin, président du radio-club de Thouars est venu en voisin. « Pour utiliser sa radio, il faut passer un certificat d'opérateur radiotéléphoniste et/ou radiotélégraphiste, même si ce dernier n'est désormais plus indispensable. » Ce qu'il l'est en revanche c'est le maniement de la langue de Shakespeare. « A l'international, les échanges se font en anglais, c'est obligatoire, la seconde langue recommandée est l'espagnol car la radio est une ouverture sur le monde entier », dit Gérard Maurin, qui a déjà accueilli chez lui des personnes venues d'autres continents et rencontrées sur les ondes. Si effectivement suivant l'heure de la journée, il est fort probable d'entrer en contact avec une radio-amateur canadienne, chinoise ou australienne, on peut également établir une liaison radio avec la station spatiale internationale (ISS). « Il est effectivement possible d'entrer en contact plusieurs fois par an avec les cosmonautes de la station qui se situe généralement à 400 km de la Terre, affirme Lionel De Kieber. Régulièrement des classes de collège ou de lycée le font grâce à l'intervention de clubs radio-amateur. » La liaison d'une dizaine de minutes nécessite tout de même deux ans de préparation. « Au-delà de la curiosité des jeunes, cette opération revêt plusieurs intérêts pédagogiques comme le maniement de la langue anglaise, mais aussi la physique ou les mathématiques. Nous recherchons d'ailleurs un établissement du secondaire dans les Deux-Sèvres qui serait prêt à tenter une liaison par notre intermédiaire », déclare Lionel De Kieber. En 2015, c'est un collège de Saint-Junien (Haute-Vienne) qui avait fait l'expérience. Cette année, un établissement de Charente-Maritime est sur les rangs. Ils l'ont eu haut la main en 2016 : premiers en télégraphie, premiers en phonique sur les bandes basses fréquences, premiers pour la haute fréquence, premiers partout ! Bravo. L'épreuve du concours consistait à faire le maximum de contacts en un temps donné. Ils sont 121 radio-amateurs, en Lot-et-Garonne, à se passionner pour cet exercice qui consiste à s'équiper pour diffuser des messages et correspondre avec des collègues quelquefois de l'autre côté du globe. Le radio-amateur est une personne physique qui a passé un examen d'Etat lui donnant le droit d'émettre sur les fréquences autorisées, en phonique, en morse ou en numérique actuellement. Cette autorisation est assortie de l'obligation de se mettre au service de l'Etat en cas de catastrophe naturelle. Autrement dit, il peut être réquisitionné. Ils ont été très actifs, les radio-amateurs, lors du tsunami en Asie du Sud-Est ou récemment pour le tremblement de terre en Italie. Jean-Luc Lusoli, le président de REF 47, était à Layrac, samedi, participant au Forum des associations avec «son régional de l'étape», M. Gabet. L'objectif de l'association est de créer des liens au travers des communications et faire des progrès techniques. Il n'est que d'entendre les conversations entre radio-amateurs pour se convaincre qu'ils sont «pointus» dans leur domaine. Esplanade Charles-de-Gaulle, on a pu se rendre compte que les matériels du radio-amateur ont bien évolué. Du poste à galène aux émetteurs modernes, il y a un gouffre mais la motivation reste la même : communiquer avec des interlocuteurs lointains. Des radio-amateurs célèbres : Olivier de Kersauzon, Albert de Monaco, Marlon Brando, Juan Carlos trouvent, souvent anonymement, des correspondants à l'autre bout du monde.

Bonjour Voici une information de Philippe F6ETI concernant la préparation à l’examen radioamateur qui va se dérouler au Radio-Club F6KLO de Brive. Contactez le directement. 73 de Raymond F-15873. Saluts, Un cycle de formation démarrera à F6KLO samedi 17 septembre à 15 heures. Il sera basé sur le programme des cours de F6GPX diffusés par F5KFF/F6KGL, et dans l'ordre : http://f6kgl-f5kff.fr/lespodcasts/index.html Ci-joint un récapitulatif, de la semaine 1 à la semaine 31. On fera l'impasse sur l'introduction et la présentation du cours que les candidats auront loisir de consulter auparavant, et on attaquera par la règlementation, chapitre 1, première partie. En fonction de l'avancement, le programme, qui dure 31 semaines, devrait se terminer vers fin mai-mi juin 2017. L'objectif est que plusieurs candidats soient alors prêts à se présenter à l'examen avant les vacances d'été 2017. Il est évident que les "élèves" prépareront à l'avance chaque séance.
