UA - Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Russia's first nature reserve, R100FNR and R2017F are two special callsigns that will be used from various protected natural areas between 1 May and 31 July. UA - A very large number of Russian stations using special prefix RP72 (where the letter P stands for 'pobeda', i.e. 'victory') will be active on 5-9 May to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of the end of World War II. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service last permitted an amateur radio operator group to access Baker Island NWR in April 2002. Four amateur radio operators who were known to be interested in this draft determination were notified of its availability.
